Doctor of chiropractic, Hayley Biddle
Hayley qualified from the world-renowned AECC University in Bournemouth, after pursuing a 5 year course to qualify as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Hayley has a long history of patient care having previously worked within the NHS for the Blood and transplant unit providing specialist care to a range of patients.
Prior to healthcare, Hayley was a world-ranked tennis professional!
Since the age of 5 I have never been too far from a tennis court. I have competed at county, national and international levels and enjoyed the ultimate privilege of representing Great Britain and gaining a world ranking
So why Chiropractic? Hayley’s first experience of Chiropractic began after a shoulder injury whilst playing tennis.
Stemming from full time competition and heavy physical training for team GB and a very busy schedule travelling the world, Hayley injured her shoulder badly enough to require surgery. Fortunately, post-surgery Hayley was able to call on Chiropractic care to aid her rehabilitation and return to sport.
“Chiropractic care enabled me to return to tennis after what should have been a career ending injury.
Through rehabilitation and management of my pain, I have been able to continue to play a sport I love and enjoy life again-it was this experience of Chiropractic that inspired me to help others ”.
Hayley’s specialist interests include:
General Chiropractic Practice
Rehabilitation of injuries
Outside of work Hayley is active. She thoroughly enjoys long walks with her two dogs, exploring nature and wildlife, travelling and generally giving any sport a go!
She has completed a 12k Tough Mudder obstacle course and ran a 10k for the British Heart Foundation. Hayley will also be joining the TWC team in their next obstacle course race-stay tuned for more!
