Doctor of Chiropractic
Silja Tast is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping people improve their health, movement, and overall wellbeing. Her Journey into Chiropractic

Growing up in Finland taught her that “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing”—a philosophy she still lives by. She also enjoys trying new activities, meeting new people, and challenging herself through puzzles, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Silja is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association (BCA). She is passionate about helping every patient move with greater confidence, improve their wellbeing, and enjoy a healthier, more active lifestyle.

"For me, good care is about more than easing pain—it's about understanding the whole person and helping them get back to doing the things they love with confidence."
