Matthew Scroggs
Clinic Director | Doctor of Chiropractic
Matthew Scroggs is an experienced chiropractor with over a decade of practice, having treated thousands of patients across 12 countries. A graduate of the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, he has earned a strong reputation in elite sport, working with Formula 1 drivers, premiership footballers, international polo players, and professional rugby athletes.
Recognised internationally, Matthew has also consulted for the Saudi Arabian Royal Family and treated high-profile celebrities.
His Journey into Chiropractic
Matthew’s interest in chiropractic began after a rugby injury as a student at The Marlborough School, Woodstock. He sought treatment from local chiropractor Dr. Rupert Molloy, whose care helped him recover quickly and inspired his passion for chiropractic.
“I was fascinated by how effective the treatment was. I wanted to learn more, and by 15, I was already observing treatments at the Woodstock clinic alongside Dr. Molloy. That’s when I knew this would be my career.”
After completing a BSc (Hons) in Human Biology, Matthew went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He later returned to Woodstock to practice in the very clinic where his journey first began.
Experience in Elite Sports
Matthew’s expertise led to his appointment as Head of Human Performance for Williams Formula 1 Team. In this role, he travelled globally, applying cutting-edge techniques to optimise drivers’ health and performance.
“Formula 1 was an incredible experience, but what excites me most is being able to bring that same level of elite care to my patients in Woodstock.”
Today, Matthew continues to consult for F1 drivers, professional athletes, and celebrities, often found trackside at events, ensuring top performance for those under his care.
Outside the Clinic
Away from practice, Matthew enjoys an active life with his wife, two children, and two dogs. His interests include rugby, shooting, running, and cycling. Together with his wife, he completed the London Marathon for charity and looks forward to future challenges.
Matthew is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a proud member of the British Chiropractic Association.

“Chiropractic care isn’t just about relieving pain — it’s about unlocking your body’s full potential. My goal is to deliver the same level of care trusted by elite athletes to every patient who walks through our doors.”
